Only just managed to get back on the case about this. Still haven't recieved a thing from GAK and I just spent ten minutes on hold trying to get hold of someone. No luck at that. I'm pissed to say the least now and I'm going to offer them some resolutions to this;

1. Send me something to the value of a decent ECC83
2. Refund me the money of a decent ECC83
3. Collect my amp and refund me my money and shipping

I think next time I'm going to phone the shop instead of the online place

They have finally got back in touch with me and apoligised for not getting onto it sooner.

I've got a tube in the post apparently to arrive in the next few days. Not quite redeemed themselves though.
