Hughes and Ketner make something along those lines.

Thanks for the suggestions. For now, I've picked up a Duncan Twin Tube Classic. Way fewer features than I'm ultimately after, but sounds real good (to my ears), and I got a nice deal on Ebay. At the least, it'll add 2 channels to my one channel amps, and hopefully some life to my modelers... Still would like to know what one of them Koch's sounds like though. I did come across this clip "featuring Koch Pedaltone" - not bad, but not diverse enough to be of much help...

You're going to have some varied results with modellers, some of them reaaally don't like being hit by pedals.

The only hardware modeller I own is an XT Live - hopefully they'll play nice together! Probably less useful for software modelling, tho it may be nice to fatten up a clean-ish DI signal, then mash it up in software... I'm most eager to hear it in front of my little one channel tube amps...

My only amp currently is a Fender Pro Junior. It's like the zen of amps.

I think they'll most likely respond in a much more pleasing way.

Right now I've got a '65 blackface Champ, an old Airline that sounds lovely, and an AC15 reissue. I'd list the ones I used to have, but I might start weeping. :( :D

I've had alot of nice amps thru the years, the usual suspects - Deluxe's, '59 Bassman, AC30, Princeton's, a Plexi, etc..., and at times I wish I had them all back. I'm not a collector though, just keep a few at a time to work and play with, then move on...

Pro Jr's are great - I recorded a whole album once using just that, and a Peavey Classic 30. Great guitar tone!

I'm the very same, I sell to buy generally.

That's a lot of nice amps to have owned. Do you not miss the Bassman?

Really miss the Bassman. Best recorded tone I ever got, was taking my Bassman, and another one the studio owned, leaning them back to back in a triangle, pretty much diming, and micing both. I forget how we split the signal... Actually it wasn't the best tone, but it was the most fun I had trying to get the best tone!
