I got a bunch done, while I should be studying for my last final
But I had to quit raoting after I got yelled at for making so much noise at 1 in the morning,

The neck pocket widened out a little. Next time I'll screw the template down instead of just clamping it. I also had a couple spots where the router bit splintered of a big peice of wood :? . I guess Ill just have to sand the edge in a little. the good news is I got the neck 100% in line with the center line on the body :D
What size rounding over bit do you body builders use for a jazzy.
Here's some pictars

Hey! I had the same problem when I was cutting the shape of the body, alotta rough edges. Sanding was a real bitch, especially in the neck pocket area. :(

I got this and love it:

I don't know much about Routers, but when I was looking around this seemed the best value for money for my needs and I've had no problems with it.

pickguard hole, I'll bet. That way, he can secure the template to the slab for routing. I use a minimum of 4, otherwise the damn template moves and renders the body useless.

thanks

the holes in the body were to secure the template. The hole in the side of the neck is the Warmoth side adjust truss rod.
