Looking good mate, looking very good! Really can't wait for you to finish, just because I know how long this has been going on, and we're not all minted like Icey, I know student budget well.

No, I think he meant the noun. He knows what a student's budget is like, i.e. they don't have a lot of money to spend. He knows it
well .

ok, that is quite literally the sexiest guitar ive ever seen. It looks great, and all the components are great - it's exactly how i'd do a custom JS. I remember telling you on jag-stang.com that you were mad using a Jaguar bridge cos of all the problems, but now i own a jaguar i realise it's probably the best bridge and trem system ive used. definitely adds a lot of *feel* to the guitar.

Malik is correct, as I too am a (just finished) student, I am very familiar with student budgeting problems. That was what I meant.

I'm using CTS 500k/500k concentric pots, the best in tha business.
Cross only took 18 months to deliver the body and neck, main limiting factor was when Cross needed the next installment of cash, I didn't have enough money (was still in high school at the time). Pretty much moved as fast as I could the dough.
Neway bout to start soldering now, I'll be finished on friday with luck

Hate to wuss out, but this wiring is getting bad. My butane soldering iron is packing up, ive burnt my hands numerous times and due to the limited space inside the body, I cant fit all the wires in. Might have to dig deep and get it done by a professional.

Wiring issues aside, I love the looks of that, especially the binding!
