Need a wiring diagram
Basically i need a wiring diagram for a mustang that has 1 humbucker and 1 single coil, 2 volumes and a 1 tone pot and has to be able too:
2 3-way mustang switches, 1 to control the humbucker, so it can split the humbucker, then go full on humbucker, then turn off the pickup. the 2nd switch to act like a normal mustang switch.
and dont for get i need 2 volumes and 1 tone pot.
Thanks, and if this doesnt make any sense, i will attempt to revise it.

I'll explain as well as I can, but if you're unsure on anything just ask:
The neck single (I presume you want it to be a neck single) has the middle position off, and the other two positions on. One is out of phase, but I'm not sure how well that'll work with only one doing out of phase.
The bridge humbucker (I presume you want it to be a bridge humbucker) has the top position as normal, the middle position as single and the bottom position as off. If you really want I guess I could make it so middle is off, but that could be difficult.
The grey wires all represent earth wires. They should be connected to all the shells of the pots, the earth wire from your humbucker, the shells of the switches and to the bridge, if you have a bridge earth wire.
The cap can be whatever you like. I'm not a big capacitor expert, but it goes there, connecting the middle pin to the earth.
The weird crop circle thing is your output jack. The hook represents the contact connected to the big hook, the other one is the one connected to the inner sleeve.
The humbucker is based on a Seymour Duncan wiring scheme. For others, check this page out, and bear in mind I'm using the top diagram.
Oh, and the blue wires were just to make it clearer. They're nothing special.
Hope it works!
Yeah sorry, I forgot to mention. From left to right, it's neck volume, bridge volume, tone.zoinks wrote:Oh awesome man that perfect! Uh is the tone pot the one with the capacitor?
I hope you wire this up so I can see if it actually works! Fingers crossed. I'm 99% sure it will, but it'll be nice to know it actually does work!
