Cool. Sell to buy - sack off what you're not using. That's what I do. Except for the Marshall head anyway  but that was my first t00b amp and I love it.

Classic, as in teh kurdtz. Though to be honest I didnt know he used it when I bought it. I wanted a versatile dirt box, and a producer I really liked was talking about using one of these on all sorts of things in the studio, vocals drums and all that.

Bob, I'm convinced you should buy a Peavey Windor - listen to the sample atthe end of this podcast:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Indyguit ... odcast.mp3

It sounds really JCM800ish and it's cheap as chips.

Don't worry, it's not going to happen.

If I was in bob's position that would be top of my list though, it's well priced and even has a ClassA->ClassAB blend which can lower the wattage. Awesome. The only thing I dislike is the FX loop jacks on the front, but I hate FX loops and never use them anyways.

I posted about the marshall at the infamous marshall amp forum. I had to wait overnight for my membership to be activated.

I might post it at the gear page too, dunno if i can be bothered considering I'm not buying it now, just curious.

The peavey, hmm. To be honest part of the reason I want a jcm800 is because I know I'll be able to sell it for at least what aI paid for it. I'll look into it a bit, im very undecided about what amp im going to buy still.
