What guitar are you using with the amp?
Standard Tele...but like I said, I don't really care about the amp being poor. I think it's insides may be a bit broken anyway because the volume sometimes goes from very quiet to very loud all by itself...something loose possibly. It was second hand when I bought it and it may have been quite old then.

Oh yeah, it just sleeps on the carpet, it's like a cat.

Okay sorry to post again but is the Laney LC50 worth the extra £100 more than the LC30? it's just that I was looking at that model and I can get 0% interest if I spend £500 :? so I thought maybe I could get a slightly better amp and/or some extra gear...

If 50W worth of clean headroom is worth £100 to you as opposed to 30W then yes. What size gigs do you anticipate playing? 30W will be plenty for small shows.

I'm not too fussed about the extra £100, it's only because I must spend £500 to qualify for interest free credit on the goods that I considered it. I could just get the LC30 and make up the remaining £100-odd with accessories.
I don't anticipate playing gigs for a while so I suppose I have no real need for a 50w anyway...

Cool - I think you'll love the amp. They're great.

Fender Blues Deluxe. The far better cousin of the hot rod.
