this clip was also with it, but i couldn't hear much of the space echo in it.Mike wrote:fuck that thing sondz kool.
Jaysus. I've never heard a Space Echo but I think a lot of people here are going to spuzz themselves over that - it sounds lush. Would have liked some clean tone stuff though.. I guess it does naturally overdrive though? the Oscillation is coolass.

He's a genius - whoring his music alongside the goods of a Space echo Clip. Whoever made the samples makes good clips - he needs more talking though - Like the Guitar tone - sounds Telecastery.inscho wrote:this clip was also with it, but i couldn't hear much of the space echo in it.Mike wrote:fuck that thing sondz kool.

this is a long delay clip. it doesnt stand up nearly as well on longer sounds. the mush isnt nearly soupy enough, it is retaining way to much high end [and i have used enough tape echos to be able to say that. a friend collects tape echos and has the entire line of space echos minus a re-100 [he does have a 200], 2 walkins, and a tte and i have a re-150 and a korg se-500, and have used a hiwatt a lot]. the other thing that really sounds wrong is when he switchs tape speeds, it sounds really digital and doesnt "ramp". one a tape echo the motor bends the note gently as it speeds it, it doesnt just switch.
again, it might jsut be his rig with the sound of the echo, or he might have the treble on the pedal itself dimed, but the ramping is impossible to ignore and is 100% NOT like a tape echo.
