starcaster chorus w/ PICS! (sondz to follow)

just came in today, and let me tell you that it's bigger than i expected and heavy! one drawback is the totally wank hard plastic packaging it arrives in since you need a super sharp knife to cut through that shit. other than that, it's a very signifcant looking piece of craftsmanship, and i can't wait to plug it in at rehearsal tonight. full report w/sondz to follow. until then, here are the photos.

crisis averted. . . i plugged it in for 5 minutes just to test it out. works great from what i can tell, and when it's off, IT'S OFF! 8)

the bass player's svt classic completely fucked out on him last night at rehearsal, so we spent most of the time just trying to get an alternate setup going for him. result: no sondz. i'd planned on doing some today, but this ipod hard drive deal has to take precedence. maybe i can do this tomorrow. . .
