Cheers for the advice chaps... much appreciated.
I had a quick peak at the classic 30 and the valveking 212 at my work place today. Yet to try them out though. Too busy working !!!
Not sure why the valveking works out cheaper as it seems to offer more on most aspects ??? the discount margin was better too though.
I think I could get the classic 30 for £371 and the valveking 221 at around £350. hmmm.... not too bothered about the cash as it's a worthy investment. I guess I just need to try the 2 out, & decide for myself, but wondered if anyone would care to comment on this comparison.
Also, mike.... on a side note.. I just googled the baja tele... and found you on you tube testing it . That's you isn't it ? We just got one in just like yours... looks really nice. There some slight gaps (pickup holes) at the side of the bridge which put me of slightly and I'm not sure I could live with the fat neck

Might just stick with my jap fenix tele...
btw. I don't work on the shop floor so hence my lack of imediate knowledge etc. Only recently have I really got back into the music side of things... due to other commitments... I was on jagstang.com a lot before veering away from the whole thing when there was the split. What happened to yun btw lol ??
anyways... I'll shut up now...
thanks again.
