The moen came today. It is cool, very well made. solid. sounds? Yes it sounds great! for my main dirt it has to have the gain turned right up which is annoying..I hate when there's nothing left on the dial. but like I say it is great sounding.

yay!

2 Uglyfaces for the price-o-one

(Btw, on the WK album, I'm gonna do a solo using the Doogcaster through the Uglyface. It will be the most literal bit of Shortscale history EVOR)

Yep, I find this as well, they're also very tempermental when you switch guitars (especially ones with different construction/pickups).

Yeah, the trebley end gets proper gnarly, well surprising from what is essential a TS style overdrive.

Not too exciting like, I just thought I would try out the supposed amp sim this pedal says it has so this the moen plugged directly into my laptop.

note: the glitchyness is just cooledit spazzing out now and again because I had other programs running.

proper vid demo through a real amp coming to a shortscale near you.

Sounds purdy cool, does sound like it could do with a bit more gain though.

yeah through an amp it sounds way bigger...I suppose that has something to do with the TT breaking up as well with increased volume from the pedal.
