What do you think of the new American Standard Teles?

I like the new necks.I'd like to have an ash tele like this one.

I havent got a chance to play one yet. I've heard they are better than the previous ones. (not sure how thats possible I thought the previous ones were nice as hell.)

i have not played a new fender guitar in....... a few years, besides picking up a jag hh and the j masic jazzy.

Those are great guitar. Just don't get a Highway 1. Those suck.

And by saying they suck you mean the finish sucks but the jumbo frets on the neck rule, right?

I really like my highway one. Its a nice guitar. Especially the jumbo frets.

there is a fellow around the area with a highway one jazz bass, the finish is... weird, i like the finish on my mexi ALOT better(they are both 3-tone sunburst)
its plays and sounds nice, but nothing to be extastic about.
