Ok, so it's just an overdrive-distortion pedal, but I think I might even like it better than the RAT- in comparison, the RAT sounds SOOOOOOO upper middy, it's almost unpleasant. It's always hard to tell outside of a band context how it'll work live, but the DD can get pretty close to the RAT.. but it's a lot more flexible.
Lord knows how it got here with all that smudged address..
Yeah, it's well flexible. Drive A is more bassy and slightly mid-scooped, Drive A/B is a bit more mid-focused, and by blending them in conjuction with the tone dial, you can let loadsa tones!

Haha this makes me happy for some weird reason. It's nice to lose some pedals after you have used them for such a long time. The superfuzz has knocked the fuzz factory off mine...and it may be forever!! I'm going to get another superfuzz so I can use the gain boost setting as my dirt box and not have to keep switching when I want fuzz.

If you're ever going to sell the FF let me know, I'd love to check one out!
It's really, really nice, flexible as hell while still being totally usable.
My only complaint is that it's pretty light so gets moved around a bit too easy, and that the dials don't do a ton for the first half of their travel, and do LOADS in the last quarter.
But it's aaaaall good. I might rehouse it into the ever-awesome mysterious brushed chrome box..
