this turned out rather badley.

Painting? Routing? Set-up tips? Or just straight-up making a guitar from scratch? Post here, and post pics!

this turned out rather badley.

why trying to setup the table router again for bassingtoms pup rings i thought i had it and decided to make something to test it, tracy pulled some mangled pickups outof a box with a smile and drew up what she had in mind, basically a strato jag, done a million times over, nothing exciting to me but she thought it would look cool, so i made it for the jagmaster.
the pickups are from a 79 guild madiera guitar and sound pretty decent. the body is just a run of the mill squire jagmaster and the material is standard 3 ply white stuff, 14 bucks for a full sheet for stewmac.
i think its rather lame looking, but if i dig it once i get it done i will let the buyer decide.

anywho, while i was at it i decided it would be a good time to use the broken can of tint and redo the neck.
It previously had a badley attached logo and some bad drips.
it looks better than it did, bit its a bit too dark, may have to try and do some blending on it.

anyone have any input on what kinda decal i should stick on there?
60;s style jag? 70's?
something else.

that's pretty stylish. good work.
shame about the strat bridge though, I hate Jagmasters because of it.
