for the longest time i couldn't ever figure out one duncan designed from the next that was going into factory guitars.

I played a schecter with these Duncan Designed single coils, they were good.

I would be interested in hearing all of the follwoing.

The only problem is you can't really buy these. MF had a couple of the buckers on sale for awhile. But I don't think they sell these retail, atleast I haven't seen them anywhere.

He should have a webpage selling them and kick GFS square in the ass, it would be like The Empire Strikes Back.

if you cant BUY the replacement mustang bass pickup, how on earth to do you get it?
to my knowledge there isn't a guitar on the market with that style of pickup anymore

Err, thats obviously the pickup from the reissued Fender Mustang bass:

from the specs page - " Pickups: 1 Special Design Split Single-Coil Mustang Bass Pickup". Special design must = duncan designed.

I've got a Duncan Designed bridge humbucker from a Schecter C-1 in my Jagmaster, it sounds pretty good.

the pups in the vintage modified squire bass are duncan desisigned and even clother covered for the extra rawk tonez!
