Under normal circumstances I would bid up to £150 for this baby. But I can't. Go buy it.

everything.

I'm hoping that the "hum issue" - most likely old tubes - will keep the price down. it's not like it's a complex circuit even if you did have to re-cap it.

Aye and I don't think it would be the hardest thing to recap in the world.

Hmmmmmm. Could I sell the RE20? I'm going to have a look around my stuff and see what I can or might sell. Damn I wouldn't have bought new glasses.

Any guitars you don't use any more? You said you wanted to sell the TT anyway...

I've got the Mustang and the Custom. I'm not sure I could spare either. I've got some cash coming from Quidco this month so I guess I could do that. I'll sit down tonight and work out funds.

Well there you go then.

You'll get at least £240 for the TT.

can you make sound clips. I wanna see how someone else's overdrive is when cranked, cause mine is just brite and clean. This could be because mine still has the original tubes though

It should definitely go into a throaty overdrive. We were all in love with NickD's at Doogfest, and even with single coils there was a noticeable about of coloration when the volume dial was up - with humbuckers it was clearly overdriven.

Mine's been modded. Does really even sound Fenderish.

Oh ya, no, I can't make sound clips. I'm a low tech guy.

so with single coils (all my guitars) It's just like a light barely crunch or a full on overdrive? cause mine's the first.

That could be the issue, it's not hugely noticeable with single coil guitars, which is a shame because with humbuckers it sounds beauty.

You could drop a high gain JJ 12AX7 in there...
