[RESOLVED] Amp noize HALP!

Hey,
Bum Guitarist's Peavey Delta Blues has been having weird problems.

Last night it would just produce this sound that sounded JUST LIKE MICROPHONE FEEDBACK.
This would happen usually when he wasn't playing, like inbetween notes or chords or when he had his guitar volume off.

I'm searching google, but figured I could get a faster response here...

Sweet, that's what I figured it was!

We were having some problems earlier with it cutting in and out so we switched some tubes around.... Good to know, he's gotta use it tonight and we have some other 12ax7's to switch out, I think those are the culprits. The ones that are in there are some of my old spare tubez.

yeah It will be the little ones, that's what happened to my fender hot dong.

Cool, I think it's ok now. I put his old Mesa tubes in there. I'm pretty sure they're just rebranded Sovteks or something, but they seem to be ok so far.
