I'm looking for a decent octave (up) fuzz and the only thing I can really find on eBay is the Fender Blender. Do you guys know any good ones?

Wow, that Fulltone Ultimate Octave looks awesome. You can even turn the Octave on and off.

fulltone ultimate octave, YESSS, your guitar still sounds like a guitar, you've an exra fuzz and it works with powerchords too

i'm so glad i just bit the bullet and bought one, try to find one secondhand though because the things are a bit stupidly priced

Just traded my EBS OctaBass pedal(Tracking really sucks, shameful release for a maker of such quality bass pedals) for an NOS Ampeg Scrambler Reissue. It's so ugly sounding it's adorable, really. Hell in a box, on extreme settings it does a nice octave and ring mod-style dissonance a good 10 frets up and more, and when tamed a bit it's a 60s spy movie buzz saw. Have no experience with the Dano, but it looks like a majority approval rating so far has.

But I agree, the features on the Fulltone make it a goodie-packed winner for a number of reasons. Nice, 'un Kim.

How does this look for octave down? I take it there's a bit of an overlap.

I rocked one of these for Casa Bonita, didn't find it too bad on guitar really, although low tuning and bridge pickups don't seem to be the ideal companion..

what about the catlainbread V8 pedal?

the catalinbread is a multi-use pedal, in the sense that you can go from fuzz to octave fuzz to self oscillation just using the drive knob, plus it's well tiny.

i have their hyperpak drive channel pedal on order. there quite cheap(ish), about £79 in england.

yes i know vintage and rare is a bit of a posh shop, but there one of few stockists in england.

the octaver magnus is good tooo

octaver magnus

This pedal looks amazing!!! $109 with free shipping in the US on ebay. For UK, you'd probably just have to pay shipping but the pedal is TINY.
