Nope, dots copies them to a directory and we change them evrey so often.

I know you can do leik some javascript and shit to have random banners and stuff, but i think it's client-side or something, so it would different for each individual user. no big deal, but it would end the days of "woah i love that banner" stuff since we'd all be seeing something different.
