Don't Fix It In The Mix
The first thing that any engineer should know. Honestly, it's the grace of God when somethin' can be fixed in the mix. I might be hidden or go unnoticed, but you're usually fucked. Sometimes, people jus put it out there, turn the mistake up and let it soak up glory. Sometimes mistakes are beautiful, but if they're not, then redo it, imo

i wish the brainless 'punk' codpiece that is recording my 'band' had read even 1 percent of these articles.

god i hate people without an ear. and that can think they can fix any errors in mixing and mastering.

and in using 'cool edit pro'
