Bargain Mustang

Post by jamieb »

Buy it now of... $10,000. Even more of a bargain when you consider it's only missing the "reverb handle". :?:

Sigh

i like how he claims the guitar has a lot of history because it was bought in a town where some stuff happened, yet he also says that it sat in a closet for the past 40 years.

Thinking about it: fuck me, who are we kidding?

I mean here we are giggling away at the evident cluelessness of REVERB HANDLE (incidentally, I shall from this point on be referring to my trem arms as "reverb handles"), yet the bastard was savvy enough not only to start his bid at $1500 but also to stick a 10 GRAND buy it now option;

Comeee onnnn, we all know the drunken allure of the "Buy it now" button. No doubt, some rich kid will get equally drunk, find it equally alluring and damn well click it. That will wipe the smile off my face.

Still, REVERB HANDLE?? LOL.

cunt.

I'm so glad my Mustang still has the reverb handle, otherwise, how would I create reverb?

Did you guys see his other auction for a mystery brand 70's solid state amp? It's an even bigger bargain at only $4000 for the BIN. Who needs a reverb handle when you can buy this?

Someone needs to build an actual handle on a guitar that affects the reverb. Think built-in effects with a potentiometer in the form of a lever.

We can patent it and release it as the Shortscale.org Reverb Handle, and give 10% royalties to this guy, since he clearly needs the money very badly.

The proceeds should only go to him taking a music history class.
