Musoland?

Post by Ninja Mike 808 »

Musoland

So, basically it's this website that has a FUCK load of gear for crazy cheap. Except, it's all knock offs with proper decals and shit. Funny thing is that it all says Made in USA, hehe

But, anyways, I was wondering your opinions, especially if anyone has bought one. Sadly, I have no idea if I would get one, now knowing these are knocks, the S&H is like 130, so it's already out of my price range

How did you find out they weren't genuine guitars?

EDIT: On closer inspection I see what you mean, some of them are way off, the Rickenbackers especially.

stay far far far far away from these...the guitars you are buying are EXTREMELY crappy copies.. the only thing they are good for is to resell on ebay for double...

being a lefty, i am always up for a "a good buy"/... i can pretty much bet money that these are HORRIBLY painted, not even close to being dimentionally correct and probaby are made out of garbage.. even if you do return them, you are stuck with all of the shipping expenses...

i have head rumors of these being worse than 200 dollar beginner jay tursers... and the photos arent always the guitars you are getting.. this is a scam to buy garbage.

all the photos look great but thats about it.. i heard on a few other forums that these instraments come with a DECAL as the paint job.... you can make anything look decent in a photo.'

i was VERY VERY VERY tempted to buy one of these till i really thought about what i would be truly getting.. HOWEVER---- ifa couple people wanted to chip in like 50 bucks a piece to take a chance and buy one with the intent of deviding up the costs to buy more if they were decent, thats one thing BUT must people arent gonna just risk wiping their ass with a 50...

just my thoughts and opinions.... most of us dont even like the playability of low cost GOOD guitars let alone REALLY REALLY cheap copies...

even the epiphone :seconds: they claim to be selling at a good price are still really questionable IMO...
lefty.. yeah it sucks!

I just bought the blue tele thinline, Ill let you all know how it goes....

Have been looking for one for a while... I figure I'll have to upgrade a few things, but I do that with most of my guitars.

For $130, I could not pass it. If the guitars turns out to be a POS, then at least I'll have a thinline body to work on.

Sounds like a plan! No, really, it sounds like a good plan. I've been thinkin' 'bout how gay all these pawn shops are lately, selling Epi dots for brand new prices... I HATE 'EM!
