They have hundreds of spray paints which are similar to Fender colours. I got this one which is similar to Sonic Blue, it cost £5:

If anyone is looking for some nice paint then maybe you could check it out.

I sprayed the musicmaster that BobAC has using paint from Halfords I think Fiat Yellow. They also sell a large variety of fine grade sandpaper ideal for refinishing.

Yeah they do colour matching, just in case you have a custom car or whatever. I think the prices are quite reasonable too.

Colour matching on spray paint? I didn't even realise that was possible. So do they actually package the spray cans on site?

Here's the info:

halfords colour matching

I think it's unclear as to whether they only do it for cars, firstly they say 'we'll mix the exact colour for any car and motorbike (or anything else for that matter) while you wait. Available in aerosol, touch up or 500ml/1 litre tins for spray gun application'

but then: 'We just need the colour code information from the vehicle. In difficult cases we compare our colour books with the vehicle to match the exact shade'

Aye. I remember it was you who said it was Daphne Blue. Certainly looks it on that Mini I linked.

My Cimar tele is refinned in VW Alpine White from Halfords - exactly the same colour as my old VW Polo.

I had an Alpine White VW Polo too. It was a D reg '87. The last car I could actually understand the Engine of to debug any issues. I once fixed rotted out Dizzy cap leads with kitkat foil. Huzzah!

Smackheads and unreliable car owners all wept when Kitkat changed the packaging, that's for sure.

(Thin foil still available on multipack bars, skagfans).

I haven't seen a bluelight in a FastFood restaurant toilet in a while. Maybe Heroin is over.
