what was the cool one with the fancy display you posted a while back?
i've actually been looking into getting a decent pedal tuner, but they can be expensive. it's hard for me to justify spending $100+ on something that doesn't make cool sondz.
oh, this one's $90. i guess that's not too bad.
what makes one tuner better than another? my band teacher in high school bought one that was well over a grand.

Artec Big Dot tuner
Pretty decent for £35 - more accurate the boss and true bypass. I used to use one at band practises (our singer owned it) nd yeh it was pretty funky looking.
But end of the day still a tuner. that pitchblack one is nice cos its all compact.
I've had my eye on the new Korg for a second porta-board setup that Cindi has been trying to persuade me to put together...for my back's sake. I like how small it is, reckon the half-strobe mode would be cool on a dark stage.
By the way, don't be fooled by Artec's affordable "Analog Delay". Local HC forum bud Seifukusha took one apart months ago and found it to be digital...Not a crummy delay, just not what the thing says.
I really like this tuner. You get your choice of 4 really easy to read displays. However the entire case is plastic. Shouldn't be a big issue with most musicians and local bands, it seems sturdy enough, but almost everyone I've shown it to is put off by the casing.

You sure? It's a very good sounding digital delay if it is. Mine is on ebay though.
