Need opinions on Recording King RO-127 or RO-126

Some of the new mid-priced all-solid acoustics that companies like Silver Creek, Blueridge, and Tacoma are coming out with.

Usually these are pretty good quality, but tend to sound rather tight and compressed. I've heard they open up a lot over time and can sound better then Martins, but having never played a broken-in one I can't say for sure.
