8th coat of clear, we had a storm two nights ago and since then it has been about 40 outside which is a bitt too cold to spray, at 50 i could spray and bring it in but yesterday it had some good gusts coming thru here, if you want i took some pics of the "mist" coats, you can see how well it blended.
anywho,
i think this pic is from.... tuesday of last week, after the misting coats.
and then these are from when i wet sanded, it blended in almost immediatley! i was amazed at how fast it just sunk in and blended in.
this is from saturday night i went out and did 1 coat outside but it was cold enough it affected the spray so i did one inside, and i didn't start to level sand it until monday since they were kinda cold sprays, they are pretty boring pictures but they are informative.

i wanted to get one of those SO FUCKING BAD, but never did
on a side note, i got some liquid(in a can) nitro from the same behlen company that i did the top coat(the first time) on your neck with and check this out.
remember that refret i did on the ovation that was messed up really bad?
well i put som scratches in the top on the treble side from where i had to lift the board a bit and i figured " no big deal, i will drop fill and it will look perfect!"
and it did, well he called me on saturday to say that the finish was perfect when i gave it to him(i told him about the scratches)
but after about 2 weeks it started to bubble and got lil tiny holes in the bubble.
so its looking like that was a bad batch as well(shit!)
but i gotta re-finsh the top of the thing.
kinda sucks that it happened 2 times with that stuff but its good to know that it wasn't just your neck or something wierd that i did.
when he drops it off im going to compare what it looks like to what your neck looked like.
