This is my first guitar I have bought as a whole complete all original guitar.
It's spectacular
It's an mid-late 90's epiphone sheraton. It was hanging on the wall of the shop I met Isaac Brock and Johnny Marr in, for $500, and I managed to get it for 465. This thing has some ballsy growl to it. It's my first humbucker guitar. It really suprised me at practice today. you can get such cool controlled feedback from it that I never could get with my fenders. This thing seems like it's worth way more than I paid. My drummer asked me " how much does a guitar like that cost, $1800 or something", haha
Nooooooice!
Yeah, buckers are definately better for that woooooooooo type of feedback- in my experience singlecoils just seem to pick up mains transformer hum if you're close to the amp more than anything else- need lotssssa volume and gain going on and stay the hell back!
both totally rad and down to earth people. Isaac brock didn't look too happy to be recognised, but he was nice and was friendly after I didnt geek out or ask for a picture or autograph. We talked about all the different zvex pedals they had there. I had my jaguar with me and they both were admiring it. The jag that marr plays now I guess used to belong to Isaac.

yeah, It gets that rad feedback where if you hold a note for a little it goes to a harmonic type of thing. It totally suprised me cause I've never done that before and made the song sound so much cooler

No kidding, they call it the Tree of Life. Triffid I prefer.
That's almost the exact same as my Sheraton (1998 MIK) except I have a metal badge on the pickguard. I'm about to try un-plating the cheap gold hardware - I reckon silver would look superb with the darker sunburst.
Wonderful guitar to play.
When I load this page I get asked to authenticate a certificate for www2.futureware.at and some javascript nonsense around five times. Fuck that noise.

I do too, although only the once. Not sure where that's coming from.
I like sheratons, loving the burst on that one. Classy.
Nice guitars, men.
Just on the semiacoustic feedback thing: yeeears back I had an old Epi 255 - similar to the other 335ish Epis - that was the most feedbackfriendly guitar ever. I would've kept that guitar just for that if it hadn't got smashed it into 42 pieces.
But...then I got a Gretsch a couple years ago which is every bit as good. Filtertrons on a 2.75" hollowbody. Woooooooooo.
