None at one of the local ones here, either.

I'm thinking about calling the other 2 tomorrow...Maybe I'll check 'em out tomorrow if they're in.

Yea they don't have one at the GC by me either... they probably won't ever get it... the only time we ever get anything off the normal variety of fender teles and strats is the tele deluxes, and the old jaguar HH's.

Just played both a MIM jazzy and the costello jazzy. Both were great guitars. Nice necks. the pups in the costello sounded slightly fuller but the was very minimal. The MIM has a great gloss neck which was a concern of mine as the J macis has a satin neck.

Either way they are great guitars..

Price

MIM 749 (memorial day deal - 659.99 USD)

EC jazzy 1529 (memorial day deal - 1479 USD)

I will take the MIM one any day over the US one for 659

I may have to sell one of my kids and go pick this up this weekend

It's definitely a home-run by Fender.

The website spec stuff lists them as being available in more colours than the initial "two per model", like this on the Jaguar for example:
4-Ply Brown Shell on:
(800) 3-Color Sunburst,
(805) Olympic White,
(806) Black,
3-Ply Mint Green on:
(808) Ocean Turquoise,
(857) Surf Green,
(883) Ice Blue Metallic

I'm sorry, but those last three is fucking boner pants and I will GET ONE.

i think the jazzmasters only come in black and sunburst.
the spec sheet on fender's website is very misleading/possibly wrong.

I rarely use trem so I didn;t mess with it too much. It seemed stable, I know that. It didn't feel that you were gonna go out of tune everytime you hit it hard.
