Just played both a MIM jazzy and the costello jazzy. Both were great guitars. Nice necks. the pups in the costello sounded slightly fuller but the was very minimal. The MIM has a great gloss neck which was a concern of mine as the J macis has a satin neck.
Either way they are great guitars..
Price
MIM 749 (memorial day deal - 659.99 USD)
EC jazzy 1529 (memorial day deal - 1479 USD)
I will take the MIM one any day over the US one for 659
I may have to sell one of my kids and go pick this up this weekend

It's definitely a home-run by Fender.
The website spec stuff lists them as being available in more colours than the initial "two per model", like this on the Jaguar for example:
I'm sorry, but those last three is fucking boner pants and I will GET ONE.

I rarely use trem so I didn;t mess with it too much. It seemed stable, I know that. It didn't feel that you were gonna go out of tune everytime you hit it hard.AquaHarmonix wrote:mickie08 wrote:Just played both a MIM jazzy and the costello jazzy. Both were great guitars.
