vintage jag trem lock

Post by finboy »

i picked up a vintage jag trem, but the sliding lock is missing. is this unique to the old trem, or can i still buy this piece and add it in?

also, will a newer tremolo arm work with this?

a newer trem lock should work, but i have no idea where you'd get one.
also, an avri arm will fit fine.

i have seen weird jag trem peices for sale on ebay before, but it may take a few months for one to pop up,
and if i remember correctly there is a company that makes a jag trem with a lock, and i BELIEVE(but im not sure) that they sell the parts for it individually.....
i almost want to say its a mighty mite thing, but that doesn't sound right.
