By the way, when I do get this Marshall-esque 3-band EQ overdrive sorted I'm trying to work out what to call it.
A couple ideas so far are:
Alert Status Red
or
MUMRAH
Standing for Marshall Upper-MidRange Attitude wHore

I don't really have any ties to Pepper.

First thing I think of is the indie band. I know nothing about them and I can't put a song to the name, but music TV has put the name in my head. Sorry Mike, he has a point.

In case you've noticed, I'm not doing this commercially.
I have a job. I'm an Electronic Design Engineer. This pedal stuff is just for fun - I couldn't care less what you associate with what I call pedals that in all actuality I will probably just make for my own use.

Eh?
I don't think I was being particularly harsh at all. In fact I wasn't. I was being completely matter of fact.
