basically it's the octave strings of a 12 string, quite a nice sound. the kinda thing that if you had a spare guitar lying around, it'd be cool to have it setup in nashville tuning.

juststrings.com has 'em for less than $4. i think i'm gonna buy some along with some mando strings and a set of d'addario chromes. my local shop doesn't sell any of these and it's probably cheaper to have them shipped to me than drive to a store that does carry them.

chromes are real nice. i use chromes on my 335. flatwounds on hollow bodies are the bomb. wound 3rd's are the way!!! :D

When I was building my Tele I did not have a set of strings to put on so I used all 10s tune to e. It was great fun.
