Marshall RF-1 Reflector NOW WITH MORE DEMO

Post by Reece »

Just scored one of these from my local music shop, its closing down on the 2nd of august, meaning I'll have to drive 30-40 minutes to buy strings :(.
I really like it, nice lush reverb, and it can go from twangy spring reverb to insanely long hall reverb. It also has a rather cool reverse reverb.

If someone wants (and I wake up early enough) I'll do a demo tomorrow.

On a side note, anyone know of a good website where i can buy strings in bulk that is in/ships to the UK?

Update: Heres a demo, audio only and I didn't decide on any songs to play, so the playing it shite, but you can hear the tonez. Also the guitar needs a setup so you can hear some nasty buzz and notes fretting out from time to time.

Yes fer demoz!

I've always had good luck with http://www.highlystrung.co.uk/ although the prices aren't very competative on strings.

planet of sound, which used to be cheapest, seem to have disappeared.
http://www.newstrings.co.uk do quantity discounts
http://www.stringsdirect.co.uk have a price match policy but don't mention quantity discounts. They have >>D'Addario bulk packs<< at £85 free delivery.
