It's hard enough to verify authenticity and quality locally. I try not to buy from anywhere but the US because it's such a slow process, and if they flake, there's even less accountability. I think I would be even less inclined to ship somewhere as uncommon (on ebay) and far as Israel. That's not about anyone's character. It's minimizing risk based on experience.

And WTF is it refinished with? He gives us little to go on besides one small photo.
