Been looking at these for years, still tempting...

Talk about all other types of guitars. Jazzmasters and basses go here!

How much? The two-tone body looks as kool as fuck imo, love the old radio bakerlite cloth parts as well.
It was a guy in your neck of the woods that put me onto these Eric, 'Wags' of Black Grape/Paris Angels used one.
Apparently he used it to record 'Kellys Heroes' and most of the 'Its great when your straight' album. Love his tones on that album.

I can dig it.
If you think of god as a pair of pants, a spiritualist thinks he needs pants, in fact he wants pants but none of the conventional types of pants seem to fit just right, so he makes his own pants and is happy that his knees are no longer cold.-fibus

Bizarre - the weirdest, most obscure guitars in the world, then I post twice about them in the space of a week; they've got a baritone one in the shop I got my vibrochamp from, and as a big baritone fan, I thought I'd give it a whirl; it sounded lovely - a little too stratty for my tastes (in its defence, it does have three strat pickups and a five way switch), and I quite liked the "thumbs-up" headstock for its sheer idiocy, and the offset neck profile (the meat of the neck is nearer your thumb, if that makes sense) was very clever - surprised more people don't do this. If it was any other colour than midnight blue, I may have been tempted. I am, however, very vain, and thought it looked shit. If it's one of the early, made in the USA ones, and you can get past the looks, then it's a great guitar.

... and now I'm thinking I could buy it when I get my birthday baritone money, strip it and respray it. Hmmm...
