back when i first started my collection i did. first my compstang and then the soapsonic. nothing since then though.
its not a big deal to play guitars there though. there is just shit laying around piled up EVERYWHERE. like you stumble into shit and say oppps i just kicked this thing on accident, i better pick it up and pretend im checking it out
Fair play. I reckon two purchases buys you a whole lot of trying guitars out.
Here in England the shops are way smaller, that place looks like you could get lost in there. The most I've done in London is like 4 pedals or 2 guitars or amps before moving shops. They get all pissy if you're not buying something.
when i was in there 2 times ago with hilary i was going to flat out buy the red wilshire. i had the money in the bank and everything to blow on it. all the fucking dudes in there had no idea where it came from or how much to sell it for. we waited like 20 minutes for them to come up with a price. THEY WERE DOING GOOGLE SEARCHES ON THE INTERNET AND SHIT!!!! DUMBASSES.
you would think there would be some kind of fucking record in there about incoming shipments and inventory. NOTHING. they don't even know what they own
sloan and i ran out of time in there. we blew 2.5 hours in there i think and he had to get back to buffalo to drive to PA. as it is i don't think he got back until like 10pm on sunday to PA. THEN he had to drive from there to Maryland. which is fucked up.
i didn't even take him in the back room where they have 20000000000000000000 cd's, albums, tapes, tshirts, posters. SHIT LAYING AROUND EVERYWHERE WITH LITTLE TO ZERO ORGINAZATION AT ALL.
i think when i took Shad, we actually spent the most time down in that room
