all wired up ! AND IT WORKS N SHIT

i made a video for it. i figure the thing needs a ground wire going from the tone pot to the bridge, but the bridge is stainless steel and it wont stick.

any ideas ?

Can you trap the wire between the bridge and the body to make contact?

Otherwise scratch the base of the bridge to shit and just keep on trucking with the soldering until that puppy binds.

does the bridge pickup have a brass grounding plate? if it does, just make sure the black wire from the pickup is soldered to that and you won't need a bridge ground.

I've got the neck and all related neck hardware, I've got the knobs. I'll finish the job when it gets over here.

Rob, awesome video, I really appreciate what you've done, I still can't believe it's alive!

Mike, chipping in would be much appreciated eternally. Rob, when you find out how much it's going to be, donations aside just PM me with how much you need and I'll make it happen. Seems only fitting!

thats not how we do shit around here. i would much rather everyone donate 5 or 10 bucks than you pay an assload of money.

i think the doogcaster was about 100 bucks....i cant remember if i took the neck off when i shipped it. i know i had it on at somepoint because i made that video of me covering a weevil keenivl song with it.

this is just the body so depending on how much shipping rates have gone up in 2 years it should be a little less i hope.

PM's me for email paypal addy. I will announce this in the pup too because we know half the kids in the pub don't even play guitars let alone look at the projects forum
