There's been a lot of buzz about these ex Marshall cats who are building pedals and amps. Anyway, I'm nicking these pictures from HCAmpForum. Check out the build quality. Lush.

At Â£1000 they're not cheap, but it's handmade and looks fit as fuck.

not the be all and end all, but I admit I do find it attractive to look at.

Doubt I would ever spend that much on an amplifier though.

It sounds exactly like a Plexi, if you don't like that sound, then you don't like the way a Plexi sounds.

Because that's what a Plexi sounds like.

I'm not sayin' I don't like it. Im sayin' it doesn't soudn any better than a number of recordings I've heard. But, I will be honest, I have heard better.

not a fan of the soundclips either, or the look, the sound is very lined/defined almost sterile but as you said yeah, some people are after that in an amp, i figure it's a good amp for power rock and softer metal stuff maybe

My old PTP Bassman wasn't that clean on the inside - that's really lovely. Not my sound at all, though (and his playing kinda sucks a little bit).

The outside looks alright, the inside looks amazing.

The sounds clips didn't really impress me much either, but I asuppose they're very target market orientated rather than showing the versatility of it.

I think that's the 30 or the 50. Two channels, one very simple. The other with either trem or some EQ.

i actually played one of these once. i was at the guitar center in sherman oaks, messing around in one of their special rooms and some pony-tailed employee came in all excited and asked if i wanted to play through it. he let me crank it up to ridiculously high volumes. it was fun and sounded pretty good.
