Introducing... The Fender Sonoran...

Post by tribi9 »

I got this strange addiction to Lake Placid/Sonic/Daphne blue guitars and I just had to buy this when I saw it. For $300 bux it was impossible to resist, after all I'm only human.

Pros: Blue matching headstock, nice factory setup, amazing finish, mint guard.

Cons: I'll have to eat Mr. noodles soup for the next two weeks. Tuners are not the hole through type. I agree with Robroe these are prone to get holes in the back tho'

Verdict: Amazing sound, quality, playability, and electronics for a very good price.

Not a big fan of coloured acoustic, but that is well tasty.

I do hate black acoustics. I saw the seafoam green Sonoran at the store and it also looked really nice.

I'm proud of you Fender... :D

Yeah, I fancied the surf green one myself. But lake placid blue does look really nice, esp with the binding and the mint

Ooops.. my bad Surf Green it is, not Seafoam. The Natural one looks really nice too. Don't really like the rest of the colors as much.
