He got me interested in Fender. I read an interview in the 80s that clicked. At the time I didn't know the difference. Funny that the article I saw had a picture of Syd Barrett and the rest, but no DG.

They talk about a mini toggle for Neck On but I can't see it. Am I blind?

Either it's on the back or we're both blind, I can't see it.

Woah! What's the deal with that trem arm?
That can't be right.
edit: N/M, "and David’s now-famous electronics and shortened vintage tremolo arm."

Nice to see they got the trem arm right. Well, Gilmour should be a candidate more than half the sig models that are already out (i mean... Billy Corgan? Srsly?), he's only been using them for 30 years. Thing is though, his sound is more to do with his awesome pedal board and awesome fingers than the guitar.
Trivia: The great 'Strat' solo in 'Another brick in the wall' was actually played on a Les Paul Custom. Fact.

its on the edge of the plate between the last two knobs, easily mistaken for a screw.

There is a white dot between the first two knobs on both guitars. Maybe it's a very miniature swich.

I quite like that switch idea. It won't take much longer to change than a normal toggle and is a lot more out of the way. It's nice Fender kept it original too, but the target market for this will definitely want some accuracy so I guess they had no choice.

Ah a switch that small won't be in the way, not a bad idea really.
