I had it properly set up a few months ago, but the person who set it up etc didn't put the .11 strings on like I asked, and left the .12/.13 hybrids I had on before on. So while it was all fixed (neck had to be stoned and stuff) it still didn't play that nicely, or how I like it. So a few days ago I put .10s on it, and altered the action etc accordingly, left it for a few days to "breathe" and get used to the new string gauge, and I was playing it for hours last night and it felt and sounded amazing! So yeah, that's my little Jaguar story. Not going to sell it now.

They're a bitch to setup but once you find the remedy it'll stay loyal to you for life...
Is this the sunburst one without scratch plate ?

Well done Jon, glad to hear it.
I use allsorts (as you know) but always go back to my Jaguar. I still stare it in awe sometimes as well.

The chrome and the look of the pickups and the headstock will always mean they're lookers. Unless you fuck them up with an ugly scratchplate like Aphasiac.

That's a "made in the USA" label on the plastic layer over the pickguard.
