We FINALLY got them in at work, and i must say it is a nice guitar.
Pros:
Satin Mahogany Neck nice and smooth
Black Binding
Mahogany body, gives a darker, thicker sound then i was expecting for 1 rails bridge pickup with no tone knob,
the body is really really small, i quite like it, although it seriously looks like a toy on the wall
Gibraltar III Bridge is really nice to rest your palm on.
Block inlays look great
comes with a nice leather gig bag
Cons:
strap button on the back of the guitar like an SG, should be on the upper horn
only 1 pickup, and a fucking rails... eww still nasty and too harsh in the high end for me.
over all if you want a one trick pony for $500 then go for it, but i would like to get one and pimp it out with a nice pickup and may do some esquire type switch.

AWESOM
can you take some photoz of the guitar on someone? to show how small it is?
SUPER EXCITED !!!!!!!!!!! we need to add the ORM-1 to the heading for shortscales.
its the first true one (of quality) to come out since the vista line.
*not counting shitty agile 24" strats

Quite like the look of that.
How is the pickup mounted ?
Through the body with a control cavity plate on the rear ?

Ugh, the Jet King with P90s is much more appealing imo.

Oh, good. It cuts through the mix.
Someone answered once, but I forgot.
What happens when everybody finally buys nice gear and the guitar is cutting through the mix, the cymbals an snare are cutting through the mix, the bass is cutting through the mix, and the vocals, thanks to the soundguy, are also cutting through the mix?

It's hard to find a decent picture. The white version of this new one looks a lot better than the black.
