hand rubbed my ass crack, the only hand rubbed finish you can get is a shellac finish and those are only on vintage stringed instrument(pre 1920 or so)
and wax stuff
its lacquer, take off the guard and drop super glue de-bonder/ lacquer thinner and see what happens.

those switches are awesome, the toggle on mine is junk, it works, but its a struggle to put it in the middle position
