Hmmmmmm. Doesn't do it for me.
Looks the best of the bunch from where I'm sitting.
The more I look at it, the more I like it actually..

Good lad. I think it looks classy, but dangerous.

I don't like the black/white tuxedo effect - so played out.

If it were normal Strat SSS setup, I wouldn't dig it, but it somehow works with the soapbars.

No thanks, Hank.

completely true.

I put p-90s in my strat once. just to warn you, it is insanely bright in the bridge position. I think I have a small amount of hearing loss due to that guitar actually. seriously.

if you are using a british style amp it should probably work great but with bright fender amps it's a bit painful.

Was it angled? I'm putting mine in straight, yo.

I'm down with BRIGHT, but I'll make sure it's not too close to the bridge, I don't fancy a Jaguar again..

it was straight. I think that's one of the reasons it was so bright. it made the low strings bright as well as the high strings. Yea, I love super biting bright tonez as well, but this was a little over the top. an already bright guitar + straight-across + high-output + bright amp = way too bright. I think if you just didn't put it like all the down at the bottom (like I did)it would probably work out.

COUNTRY BUCKERS!

I wanted this guitar so bad, until my idea paralleled that Billy Corgan strat... You have an ace guitar, dude.

Extensive but still scrappy 'Shooping results in this beauty:

I really like the gun metal grey scratchplate, happened by fluke when I was making the mock-up. It may well have to be a totally DIY job, but as a Albini Travis Bean vibe about it that I really dig.

It looks nice, I'd still go for Black Scratcher but that's me.

Looks preeeetty cool, but there's something about having no definition between the parts that I don't dig.

If I can't get hold of a good enough grey, I guess black will be the next choice.
