Tape them off. And enjoy the sharp attack and short scale.

I'd give it time...psycho cats in the house, a river estuary outside our flat the width of your backyard canal, wife w/square glasses. I'm practically living out your future jag as we speak.

Funny thing, I was >this close< to buying a blood turtle guard this morning while placing an order for a bunch of junk from www.guitarpartsresource.com, the only retailer who sends paypal paid crap to Korea without a hitch, real fast. After the Mustang saddle addition, the thing has since become an incredibly charming guitar to play and keep in tune. The 25.5" subversion is now a thing of the past, as I totally "get" the Jaguar now. :P

That thing is lovely, I think it looks better with the white, not really a fan of tort on blue.

Gotcha bigtime, and putting the pics back up I'm glad I didn't make the order.

I swear it's not my Swedish side rising up in confused racial discord when fists rise with a defiant WHITE IS RIGHT. On a SBL Jag(a Strat is another story) in the ultrahousehold, a white guard looks better than tort, mint, or parchment.
