You used a green pick. That totally clashes with the blue. What were you thinking?

Beautiful!
It's a shame to have an empty wall-mounted guitar stand so it's probably for the best that you bought it.

Thanks guys. A little bit of every pedal I've made since the Booster run has gone into this guitar. Every pedal I made a saved a bit of the cash I got back in a savings account. I also sold some stuff at Doogfest and put £200 aside last month.
It as many of you have guessed is a '65 RI Mustang in Daphne Blue. It came with some thinass strings that I couldn't play with without being way out of tune. Some 11s made things much better but I'm thinking of 12s. Only played it very briefly but I like. And look at it. it's fucking gorgeous.
So big thank you shortscale to everyone who bought things from me pedals and all that gaff, because without you, I would never have been able to buy this.

Beeeeeeeeeeeyyooooooooooooteeeeeeeeeeefuulllllllll!
Congrats on the new 'stang!
How do the pickups sound on these babies? Do they sound like real Amurikun mustang pickups? I was disappointed with the pickups in my '69 RI.

I only played it through the amp very briefly but they sounded similar to what I remember of Vintage pickups from Doogfests and that. Expect sounds, a video demo and more feedback as the days go on.

Amazing.
Now though, we need to step up the pedal buying so you can get the JVM back.
