that fuzz pedal is actually kinda cool sounding.
i usually hate the octave type sound but i guess with you playing it using your tele(im making a guess on this on)
it sounds pretty decent.

Technically that's down to the current head of Danelectro who designed the Tone Machine, and a little bit down to Mike Fuller, who ripped it off and changed like 2 components and added a cap switch.

But I'll take the credit - Go me.

I've had a look and I can't find it, it's some mental thing based upon a 14pin IC and noone has successfully reverse engineered it.

Mike, do you have the setup for a fulltone distortion pro or SIB Varidrive? I was thinking of buying either or (the SIB would be $ though) but would prefer to send money to someone I know... this is after the box of rocks with EQ pedal of course.

damn...That was quick.

BTW..>the SIB Varitone is tube based so it may or may not be a lrage project. I don't know. It would be awesome to figure these out as they would probably sell well if the cost was reasonable for what they are. It might be too much though...FUCKING GREAT PEDAL though...MY favorite by far of everything I have had. The distortion pros are grat as well....

OK I've had a look and I can't find a schematic for either, plus the Varidrive has a tube in it, beyond my powers mate, Sorry.

All good. I will see if I come across anything over here. If I buy either one, You are welcome to "test drive" them for chopping and shopping purposes. I will post to you for shits and giggles if you want, just post them back.

Nah way man that would cost you a ton and rid you of your toys for ages. Plus I don't reverse engineer stuff by hand, I just use schematics and design my stripboard layouts from them.

Then I can take some great pics and let you check them out if I ever do. I bet you could get some moniez for making some of that stuff (particularly since you seem to take good, well known designs and then tweak them to be better)...

Again let me know how the pedal goes.

Also, if I take off for a bit and you don't see me around, don't fret...Not avoiding you... I am hoping to close on my house in the next week or so and when it happens I will go into moving overdrive and be busting shit out left an right...I may be without internet for a week or two.

If you get in a pinch for money for the pedal and can not get ahold of me, feel free to contact DOTS...He has my cell # and you are welcome to get it from him or have him give me a call.....

No worries mate, I'll take my time.

I'm not really interested in making money, I'm mainly doing this for the fun of it.
