what is the difference in the two apart from the eq section/filter? is one better sounding than the other?

ideas?

I have no idea either, but if you'll permit me to talk out of my ass for a minute... maybe one is a delay based chorus and the other is a flanging/modulation style chorus?
cogito ergo sum...thing or other...
