OK so I just re-strung it; it was strung with 10s so I restrung it with 10s and now I seem to have lost all the tension. It's in tune, but the strings are flapping around like a nutcase. What the heck did I fuck up?
did you change strings one at a time or did you take all the strings off at once? checked to make sure the bridge is straight up and down, not resting on the bridge holes?

checked the bridge thing, all ok, but yes I did take all off at once.
