i dont own a carbon copy, but have spent a lot of time with it.

it sounds really good. its a fantastic delay at a great price.

the only gripe i have is that i couldnt seem to get the repeats loud enough, but my ears may be lame or something. either way, it sounded great, and its simple. simple is good.

To be fair he only deserved to get £70.

Selling my 1970's (could be very early 80's..?) EH Deluxe Memory Man, not the one with Chorus but with Squelch... which doesn't really do much, lol!

This puppy is UK Mains Powered so no need to worry about another pedal sucking your powerbrick dry. She can go all the way from tight slapback to searing OTT space delays with massive feedback... This is what analogue sounds like :0) Think U2's The Edge or J. Mascis from Dinosaur Jr and you're in the right kinda territory.

If you're looking you know what this is and I don't need to say any more, except to tell that there is a small amount of signal bleed in bypass, possibly a result of age (?). If you use delay after distortion you won't notice at all and I've been told by a man with a soldering iron that you can replace the footswitch and make it 'true bypass' quite easily., which fixes the gripe. Hasn't bothered me so haven't done it.

Selling because I think I need Digital Delay (longer delays) so she has to make way...

Give her a good home, she's old, a bit crazy and she screams if you wind her up... I'm sure you'll have fun :0p

No Reserve, winner will buy, no feedback means your bid will be cancelled, sorry!
Will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery in a well padded box once funds by Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash only have cleared. Don't know how much it''ll cost to post so please don't take the price quoted literally, although I don't think it'll be any more than that...
Constant use of "she" is lame and wanting payment before postage but wanting to charge exact postage doesnt make any sense. Just put a reasonable fee down and stick to it, refund the extra if you like.
Shabba.

you could probably get one from the states sooner if somewhere has them in stock, the price would probably work out the same. but if the guy's in the middle of making another run or something, they might be sold out everywhere.

That shop seems awesome. $20 international shipping? Immense. Free shipping on all other purchases? Immense.

Yeah does seem great. Now have 2 dilemmas - they have the MXR for £80, and I don't particularly want to get stung on import for either... Dammit... why isn't it ever simple?!

does this mean there's a subdecay up for grabs, bychance? or is that wishful thinking?

Got the Carbon Copy. Sounds wonderful. Suits my needs perfectly. Modulation is subtle, but just what I want.
Would say more and/or do a demo, but right now I am in a shitty mood because seem to have lost the ability to play guitar...ffs.

try it in various power supplies. it sounds to my ears best on the ehx 9.6 that come with the smm/h or the #1 echo. With that adapter it reacts differently, more tape like in the way that the delay amount is envelope sensitive. The harder you hit the more repeats. It does NOT do this with a battery, boss adapter, maxon adapter, or a fulltone adapter.
