Why does the Gibson site suck so much?

The job of writing specs on the Gibson site is easier than the job of picking the colours for new (ROLF) Fender models.

Gibson (insert model name, if it doesn't sound new enough add junior, special, deluxe, standard, etc as needed)
Body: Mahogany
Neck: Mahogany
Neck attachment: Set-neck
Scale: 24.75"
Pikcup configuration: HH (probably 490T and 490R or whatever it is they put in everything)
Controls: 2x vol 2 x tone
Bridge: TOM w/ tailpeice
Headstock durability: Minimal
Price: Way too much

I actually saved every Arlen Roth lesson of the day. Combined, they weigh in at 1.29GB. woah.
